Get to Know Me

I provide individual assessment and therapy services for adults 18 years and older. My areas of clinical focus include but are not limited to: Depression, Stress and Anxiety, Anger, Communication and Relationship concerns, Trauma and abuse, Grief and Loss, Sleep Issues, and coping with life change/adjustment. I work to help individuals understand these challenges, identify and adopt adaptive responses to their difficulties, and achieve a life more consistent with their hopes than their fears or concerns, working toward greater health happiness and life satisfaction.

I am a 1994 graduate from Northern Michigan University, and 1999 doctoral graduate (Clinical Psychology) from the University of Arkansas. I have worked at state psychiatric hospitals in Wyoming and Washington state, as well as outpatient care through private practice, correctional psychology (MDOC), and with Veterans and Active Duty members (Veterans Administration, Madigan Army Medical Center and deployment). I have over 20 years experience in these diverse settings with diverse clients.
